- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am going to be honest...I originally left a 1 star review of Mr. Jowanna's law firm. Only because he had hired two of the WORST attorneys in the Tampa Bay area...Laurel Ackley and Lindsay Ruiz Bash. Be it that neither of these attorneys currently work with Mr. Jowanna's law firm, and after speaking with him regarding the issues I faced at the hands of two very shady attorneys, Mr. Jowanna extended an olive branch. I was not a client, but an opposing party. I was Pro Se against Lindsay Bash...and I won against her! I do not personally know Mr. Jowanna, other than by name. My previous 1 star rating was due to the above named attorneys, and NOT directed towards Mr. Jowanna. Now that these (horrible and inexperienced) Family Law attorneys are no longer with his firm, I will not hold him guilty by association.By Michele Knight, August 04, 2017

They hang up on me 1st time 2nd & 3rd time placed me on hold for a lo ggg time Horrible customer service Update This company is well managed, They recognized their short coming, followed up took corrective action & showed they mean what they say and say what they mean, This shows maturity, excellent management and can be trusted w your legal issues because they will look after your interests and avoid mishaps and correct them quickly if they happen.
