Got there after work around 6 the lady refuse to check if the package was there for me to pick it up she didn't even checked, so I called customer service they told me the package got there today around 12:20pm I called the store and once again she told me no........ - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible service. the guy at the store simply refused to give me the prepaid label. I told him that i need to send a prepaid label, so that the other person can send me the document. He simply refused to give me the label saying that UPS is not authorized to physically hand over the label. And i've done it hundred of times at other UPS stores.
